Ownership model

The client owns the paid process design and client-specific deliverables. These include its specific source code, tests, evaluation assets, business rules, operating metrics and run evidence.
Background methods, generic components and third-party software keep their own ownership and licence terms. The contract gives the rights that are needed to operate and transfer the delivered version.
No AI Transfo platform subscription is required to use the delivered software. A managed run pays for operating work, measurement and maintenance, not for permission to use the asset.
Fixed USD price card
Price the decision before the full build.
The regional fees are fixed in USD. They do not move with a live exchange rate. Third-party costs and taxes stay separate unless the Statement of Work includes them.

The complete 30-business-day Agentic Process Transformation is $45,000 in total.
Production — from $75,000 total
The initial $45,000 is included. The day-10 cost model can require a higher quote. Third-party costs stay separate.
Managed run — from $7,000 per month
The optional 12-month run starts at go-live for one process under a signed service and volume envelope.
Eligible scopes only
5× return mechanism. Maximum refund: 20% of F.
Eligibility requires a finance-owned baseline and counter, a signed KPI and attribution rule, fixed quality limits, a measurement window, and legal, tax and accounting review.
The defined fee base F includes fixed transformation and production service fees for the measured scope. It excludes managed run, taxes, third-party pass-through costs, success fees and changes outside that scope.
If the signed KPI fails inside the agreed limits, the maximum cash refund is 20% of F. The mechanism is not a promise of regulatory approval, production or financial capture.
