AI Transfo is the commercial brand and method presented on this website. It is not used alone as the legal counterparty for a Middle East engagement.
Before commitment, the SQUALE FZCO proposal and contract state the verified licence and registration particulars, registered contact details, permitted activity, tax treatment, governing law, dispute terms, insurance position and authorized signatory. These owner-controlled particulars are not published here until documentary verification is complete.
Website use

The site does not represent a regulator’s approval, a certification, a production authorization or a promise that one control set meets every institution’s duties.

Intellectual property
Website rights and client-delivery rights are different.
Website text, design, marks and reusable methods remain subject to their applicable ownership and licence terms. External marks and third-party material remain with their owners.
A client’s rights in paid process design, specific code, tests, evaluation assets, operating evidence and other deliverables are defined in its signed contract. Background methods, generic components and third-party dependencies keep the carve-outs and licences stated there.
Commercial terms
The regional price card is fixed in USD.
Regional fees are fixed in USD: $13,000 for Decide, +$32,000 for Build and measure, $45,000 for the complete transformation, production from $75,000 in total fees with the initial $45,000 included, and managed run from $7,000 per month. Tax, expenses, pass-through costs, payment milestones and the guarantee fee base are set in the proposal. The site does not perform live conversion.
The 5× mechanism applies only to an eligible signed production scope. Its maximum cash refund is 20% of the defined fee base F and its exclusions and measurement conditions must be stated in the contract.
